It seems to me that this endless circle, the one where we complain that the world is broken and we can't fix it exists simply because we believe we can't achieve change.

It's a mobius strip, or a moanbyus strip.

We sometimes break the rules of society, but we think that it's fine because everyone does and therefore it's just the way things are. Sadly we don't do that in the cause of what could classically be called civil disobedience. We do it when we want to get a little of something for ourselves, often at the expense of others.

If the rule is that circle, then I say break that rule.

Why can't we just not buy into the rhetoric? Why can't we say , "you know what? I'm not going to cheat, or rip off the system/corporations/people.

Well because the system rips us off. Corporations cheat us and steal our money, people will stab us in the back the first chance they get.

You know what? That might just be true.

It still doesn't make it right.

If I do "the right thing". If I try to walk the line, chances are I might get knocked over a lot, I may have to "crawl the line", but one thing's for sure, I will break the circle.

I have no idea what I'm saying now.

Ho hum.
